PRK92 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Platform Policy

1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to prk92, Pakistan's online gaming and betting platform accessible at https://prk92.app. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and prk92 ("we", "us", "the platform"). By registering an account on prk92, accessing any part of the website, depositing funds, placing bets, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use prk92. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to open an account on prk92 and to participate in any real-money gaming activity. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. prk92 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances. We use mobile OTP verification during registration as an age and identity control measure. If we have reason to believe that a member is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds in that account may be withheld pending investigation.

2.2 Geographical Eligibility

prk92 is operated for players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and during your ongoing use of the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing prk92 complies with the laws applicable in your location. prk92 accepts no responsibility for members who access the platform from jurisdictions where doing so would be unlawful.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) prk92 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or any combination — is a serious violation of these Terms. prk92 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed.
• Any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals across all duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• The original account may also be suspended depending on the severity of the violation.

2.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your prk92 account. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other information required during the registration process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination. prk92 may require identity verification documentation at any time to confirm the accuracy of registration information.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your prk92 account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. prk92 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel. If someone contacts you claiming to be from prk92 and asks for your password, treat it as a fraud attempt and report it to us immediately at support@prk92.app.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

Any activity carried out through your prk92 account — whether by you or by any other person who accessed your account — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify prk92 immediately by contacting our support team. prk92 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access that occurred before notification was received.

3.3 Account Activity

You are expected to use your prk92 account personally. Accounts cannot be sold, transferred, or used by any other person. Using a prk92 account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited. Any attempt to transfer funds between prk92 accounts — other than through the official referral programme — may be treated as suspicious activity and investigated accordingly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

prk92 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and membership tier.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your prk92 wallet instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to two (2) business hours to appear in your account depending on the transferring bank's processing times. Card transactions are subject to standard banking authentication and may take up to 30 minutes in rare cases.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

prk92 processes withdrawal requests to all supported mobile wallets within fifteen (15) minutes of request submission, around the clock including weekends and public holidays. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within two (2) business hours. Card withdrawals are subject to the issuing bank's standard processing timeline. There are no withdrawal fees charged by prk92 on standard withdrawal amounts. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

4.4 Funds Usage

Deposits must only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. prk92 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as having originated from a payment account not registered to the prk92 account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account investigated for compliance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring all funds you deposit to prk92 are legitimately yours.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

Once a bet is confirmed on prk92 — whether on a cricket match, Andar Bahar hand, Ludo match, card game, poker table, or esports event — it cannot be modified, cancelled, or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming. prk92 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player.

5.2 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on prk92 are determined either by certified random number generation (RNG) for digital and automated games, or by live dealer procedures for live-streamed table games. All RNG systems used by prk92 are independently audited. Live dealer procedures follow internationally recognised card game standards. prk92 does not manipulate outcomes and has no ability to influence results after a game has commenced.

5.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on prk92. These limits are displayed clearly within each game interface before you place any bet. Limits may vary by game type, table, tournament, and membership tier. prk92 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, with or without advance notice.

5.4 Void Bets

A bet placed on prk92 may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event or game was cancelled before completion; a technical fault occurred that materially affected the outcome; the bet was placed after the official close of the betting market; or prk92 determines that the bet was placed under circumstances constituting fraud, collusion, or exploitation of a system error. Void bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.

5.5 Winning Payments

Winnings from correctly settled bets and games are credited to your prk92 wallet automatically upon result settlement. For live events, settlement occurs within minutes of the official result confirmation. You may withdraw winnings at any time subject to the withdrawal terms described in Section 4 of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

prk92 offers welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, referral bonuses, tournament prizes, and other promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual terms and conditions that are displayed at the point of offer. These Terms provide the general framework; the specific terms of each promotion (wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry dates, minimum odds) take precedence for that specific offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated at the point of offer, bonus funds awarded to your prk92 account carry a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable. The standard wagering requirement on prk92 welcome bonuses is 10x the bonus amount. This means that if you receive a bonus of Rs 1,000, you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 using eligible games before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited, after which any unconverted bonus funds expire.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. prk92 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using a bonus with the deliberate intention of exploiting the wagering requirement without genuine recreational play; arranging with other players to hedge bets to fulfil wagering requirements artificially; or any other attempt to exploit a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and any associated winnings removed, and the account may be suspended.

6.4 Referral Programme

The prk92 Refer a Friend programme pays a referral reward when a person you referred successfully registers and completes their first qualifying deposit. Self-referrals — referring yourself using a different identity — are a form of bonus abuse and will result in account action.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

7.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on prk92 and will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with prk92 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, display errors, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be reversed.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of a game — particularly in multiplayer formats such as Ludo, poker, and card games.
• Using information not available to the general public to gain an advantage in sports or esports betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or coordination with event participants.
• Attempting to launder money or use prk92 as a vehicle for any financially illicit activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing prk92 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Circumventing account restrictions, self-exclusion, or deposit limits through any means including re-registration.

7.2 Suspicious Activity

prk92 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears irregular, suspicious, or inconsistent with normal recreational play patterns. During an investigation, affected accounts may have withdrawals placed on hold until the review is complete. prk92 will cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in relation to any investigation into illegal activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

prk92 is committed to responsible gaming as a genuine operational priority. We provide the following tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive an alert when you have been active on prk92 for a set period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from prk92 for a period of your choosing — from 7 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the chosen period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on prk92 — including but not limited to the platform design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, icons, and any other materials — is the property of prk92 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use prk92 for your personal recreational gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from prk92 without the prior written consent of prk92. Any unauthorised use of prk92's intellectual property may result in account action and legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

prk92 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and continuously, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, prk92 is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or business resulting from use of, or inability to use, the prk92 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of prk92.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that you failed to report promptly.
• Losses resulting from technical failures of third-party payment processors.
• Decisions you make regarding bets or games, including bets placed in error.

Nothing in these Terms limits prk92's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your prk92 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@prk92.app. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses. Closure requests are processed within two (2) business days.

11.2 prk92-Initiated Suspension

prk92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false registration information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, fraud, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Receiving a chargeback request from a payment provider.
• Non-compliance with identity verification requests.

11.3 Funds on Suspension

Where an account is suspended as a result of fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms, prk92 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance pending investigation. Funds legitimately belonging to the account holder that are not connected to the violation will be returned following the completion of the investigation, where prk92 is satisfied with the outcome.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute related to your prk92 account, bets, game outcomes, or any other aspect of the platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance at support@prk92.app. Please provide as much detail as possible including your registered mobile number, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of the problem. Our team will respond within 24 hours for standard complaints and within 4 hours for urgent financial disputes.

prk92 aims to resolve all disputes within 5 business days. For complex cases involving game outcome disputes, our technical team will review available logs and RNG records. All final decisions by prk92's complaints resolution team are made in good faith based on available evidence and are binding on both parties.

By using prk92, you agree that any dispute not resolved through our internal process will be subject to the laws of Pakistan and that Pakistani courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from your use of the platform.

13 Privacy

Your privacy is important to prk92. We collect, store, and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on prk92, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary: prk92 collects only the personal data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We retain data for as long as required by law or by our operational needs, and you have rights to access and correct your data at any time by contacting us.

14 Changes to These Terms

prk92 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your continued use of prk92 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should close your account following the process described in Section 11.1.
